ACTIVITIES

• Prepare curriculum and study material for various courses, conduct learning programmes, Personal Contact Programme (PCP) offered by SCOLE-Kerala
• Exaluation and Certification of various courses offered by the Council
• Co-ordinate with other agencies of open learning within and outside the State for organizing appropriate courses
• Conduct major skill development/skill up-gradation programme in the State
• Develop mechanisms for effective use of ICTs for Open Education Programmes
• Grant accreditation to institution whose courses are to be affiliated to the Society and /or which will function as study centres or any institution recognized by the society
• Prepare special packages for tribal communities with a view to lift them from the present level of defeatist mentality, to that of self-confidence
